Note:
Understanding GSM and Browser Calling Options:
When placing a call using the Alohaa Dialer from HubSpot, you have two options to choose from:
GSM Calling: This option uses the traditional mobile network to place the call. Your call quality may depend on your mobile network strength, and call charges will apply according to your mobile plan.
Browser Calling: This option uses WebRTC to place the call directly from your browser over the internet. It is ideal for use with a strong and stable internet connection. Please ensure microphone permission is allowed in the browser to make browser based calls.
